However, we cannot be held liable for any accidents resulting in personal injury that involves any items we sell. Availability and suggested lead times are subject to change at any time. All items are final sale.

Returns/Exchanges
Because we have a no return policy on our customized theme party boxes, we invite our customers to call 305-494-6134 and speak to a representative for a detailed description of the products and services provided for whichever party they are interested in. We desire that all of our customers have a clear understanding of the quality merchandise they will receive and the care and detail that is put into the planning of each party, so they may feel comfortable in making their purchase.

A party order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel your order, please call 305-494-6134.

In the unlikely event that a product in your party box is damaged or broken, please notify us immediately by calling 305-494-6134 and we will send you a return form and next day, paid address label to ship the damaged item back to us. A replacement product will be shipped to you within 24 hours of receipt and inspection of the damaged product.

We take great care and detail in shipping your order and take steps to insure that you receive the party you requested. If an error is made and the wrong party is shipped to you, please notify us of the error by phone and we will rectify the matter immediately at no cost to you.

Gift certificate
In order to provide our customers with the opportunity to share the enjoyment of hosting our parties with loved ones, we offer personally made gift certificates. These gift certificates are mailed directly to the recipient and may be ordered in any monetary amount you wish!

Original parties arrive at your door in 5-7 days.
Express parties arrive at your door in 3-4 days.
If you need your party sooner, please call us and we will try to accommodate your needs.
